Data we collect

When you fill in a booking or contact form, we collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • the details of your journey or wine tour: pick-up point, destination, date, time, number of passengers (adults, children, infants) and duration;
  • the message you write, for example a flight or train number.

Why we use this data

We use it only to reply to your request, prepare a quote, organise and confirm your booking, and provide the service. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract, as well as our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Retention period

Your booking and contact data is kept for 3 years from your last contact or the last service, then deleted or anonymised. Accounting documents (such as invoices) are kept for the periods required by law.

Who receives your data

  • Our team, to handle your request.
  • Our host, OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), which stores the website data.
  • Your email service or WhatsApp, when you choose to send your request by email or WhatsApp: the message is then processed by the service you use, under its own terms.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to its processing. To do so, write to us at premiereclassebourgogne@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
